The working out of scientifcally documented complex Conception of security of the country plays a role of vital importance in the formation of its internal and foreign policy.
There is an important world experience in this field. During the last decades problems of security have constantly been in the centre of attention of the politologists. In several foreign countries main apparatus of Conception of National Security was created and necessary normative base was worked out at the state level.
after the disintegration of the USSR and the creation of many new sovereign states the studying of these questions is obviously very actual and extremely necessary.
The changes of political realities in World Community, the imperial ambitions still preserved in some states, the danger of arising of local conflicts are in urgent need of the conceptual approach of the questions of national security for new states in new conditions.
Here we present a draft of theoretical and methodological basis of administrative and legislative activity concerning Security Conception of Georgia prepared by State Border Defence State Departments of Georgia.
