The issue includes two articles: Export Control System In Georgia by Tamara Pataraia, the Center for Civil-Military Relations and Security Studies, where is considered the legislation base of the export system in Georgia, the licensing system of export control, enforcement regimes of export control, question of the international co-operation and problems and prospects of the issue. Another article Non-Military Alternative Service And Its Problems In Georgia by Teimuraz Chachanidze from the Ministry of Defence covers the legal aspects of the issue, employment problems, criteria to identify belief, conscious and worship, possible solutions to the problem

The Issue also includes Military Chronicle which highlights special events, conflict zones, army building and army life, visits, negotiations, co-operation, state security question, attitude of the Georgian military establishment to the Kosovo crisis and other question. The chronicle based on the information from the Georgian media. The issue followed with the Digest of the Georgian Press.
